1989 Mother's Milk era tour (T-shirt)

 I don't have much information on this shirt, other than it's a Screen Stars shirt. Anyway the colorway is very interesting to me, pictures sourced from defunkd as is the information that I do have. Says it's a tour shirt, but there was no photo of the back so I don't know what tour it was from, only the year.
